This year’s annual Point One K was held on Saturday, September 17, 2022. Thank you for supporting this event that benefits Special Olympics Maryland. It was a wonderful time.

This year’s annual Mustang Car Show was held on Saturday, October 15, 2022. Thank you for supporting this event that benefits Special Olympics Maryland. It was a wonderful time.

Red Cross Blood Drive

The next Red Cross Blood Drive will be held Monday, November 7, 2022 – 1:30pm – 6:00pm.

Please mark your calendars and plan to donate. Blood is urgently needed, so I urge you to donate either Whole Blood (56 days until your next donation) or Double Red (112 days until your next donation).

Tootsie Roll Sales

The Tootsie Roll Program is dedicated to providing life-based heath care, learning and quality of life opportunities for children, teens and adults with disabilities. Remember the first principle of Knights of Columbus is Charity.

We will have collection points this fall starting with University of Maryland games. Will start off at the clubhouse and drive to the stadium.

We are looking into other opportunities-church, grocery store, etc. ideas are welcome! I would like to get a list of brothers that are willing to interact to further our charity causes.

Please give me a call with your availability! I will also be getting in contact with brothers to elicit interest.

This not only aides our charity program. The visibility of the drive fosters good will in the community towards Knights of Columbus. We are not restricted to using just Knights. Your family members are welcome to also participate. This is a good way for those students to earn their service hours.
