Here's what's Happening this week -July 19, 2018

Hello there everybody!  Boy, what a week huh?  It's been stunning, really beautiful weather!  Too hot for you?  Get to the pool!  Opens everyday at Noon.

Volunteers needed for the Snack Bar.  Please click to see the flyer to volunteer in the snack bar - it's easy, and most appreciated!  You can sign up on-line, easy breezy!

Have you been to the pool lately?  The plants that a wonderful, kind hearted person donated and planted are starting to bloom!  They are gorgeous!!!

There is a request - one part of the fence, going up right pass the "bridge" is down.  Does someone know how to fix it?  It looks like the pole needs to be straightened and the fence part re-attached.  Thank you!!!

Tonight is Trivia Thursday!  Come on up to the Clubhouse, the fun starts around 7:30.  Food and drink specials too!

Fajita Friday is tomorrow!  Chicken or Steak (or both)!  Kitchen opens at 6:00 pm.

Queen of Hearts gets pulled every Saturday evening at 7:30 pm.  Only $1 a ticket

Sunday Funday continues, pack a picnic and come on up!  Softball games start at 11:00 am.

Wednesday evening is a Mama Lucia fundraiser to benefit the Aquaknight Swim Team!  Please bring this flyer to Mama Lucia's on Cherry Hill Road on the 25th.  Thank you!!

Speaking of the Aquaknights, we had our 43rd Mini Meet this past Sunday, with numerous 10 and under swimmers from 8 different pools!  It was a huge success, everyone had fun!  Thank you to all who helped make this annual event such a great time, and put smiles on the lil' ones!    The Divisionals will be held at our pool on Saturday, wish our Aquaknights good luck!

Karaoke next Saturday the 28th and a Teen Splash Party too!  Drop off the teens and wait for them at the Clubhouse whilst being entertained by the finest 2809 has to offer! haha

Annual Crab Feast September 9th.  Click to see the flyer!

Point 1 K is September 22nd.  Sponsors needed!  What is a POINT 1 K, you ask??  It is a race (numbers and all) at the Knights.  We start at the top of the driveway and go allllll theeeee waaaayyyy down the driveway towards the pool to finish.   Whew - it takes a lot out of you - haha, so because of this, there are also (2) liquid refreshment stands to quench your thirst.  All monies raised go to The Special Olympics.  Following the race is a big picnic and maybe a cornhole tournament.  Stay tuned for details.

Shuffleboard and darts will be starting up in September.  Start thinking about joining one or both of these super fun leagues!

That's all I can think of for now.  Have a great week, hope to see you!
